Well yeah they didn’t work together, but Yak sold some of the designs to Lockheed and they basically made it more...well, better. Though I think of Sukhoi had worked with Lockheed, an awesome aircraft would be made. Though it will be a looooong time (if ever) until they even think about working together. Which to be fair, they probably never will @Random04

From what i know, Americans bought a dummy yak-38 from Russians and basically used it to make the F-35
