Mr.Toni Stuck has just got his work based on Ilyushin IL-76"Candid" and PLA Air Force KJ-2000"Mainring" done minutes ago. In the meantime, an armed flying radar site named KJ-2022, the "Moonlight Ring", has born.

Except the advantages inherited from IL-76 and KJ-2000, it additionally features:

"2022"

Not just simply "born in the year 2022"
It stands for...
Structurally,
2 weaponized structures:
The classical tail turret from IL-76,

and a machine gun tower installed in the astrodome,

both assisted by the dish-shaped CETC Phased Array Radar while AutoAim systems initiated;

0 gyroscope or control surface;

BTW, in Chinese dictionary, there's a special character stands for "zero", it writes as a circular ring.

Functionally,
2 modes of take off/landing:
Glide take off/landing,



and Vertical Take Off/Landing;

2 types of surface to land:
Grounds, including paved runways, carrier decks, muddy fields, etc.,

Liquid, including water and lava(if there is any), sort of.

The "Moonlight Ring"

Although the PAR dish could do a 360° fast scan without any other mechanism, it still supports a spinning function. Why?
Some flare launchers were hidden in that big metal dish. Activate AG5, adjust the VTOL slider, and press the "Launch" button-Here it is, the moonlight ring.



Besides, it's also equipped with advanced electric flight devices and weapon system.

These upgrades made "Moonlight" become a true radar site and command centre in the sky, which is capable of self defense and short range attack while KJ-2000 would possibly hit by ARM(Anti-Radiation Missile, radar killer)s.

AG Functions:

AG1-4 fur Engine No.1-4;
AG5 fur Radar Dish motor, VTOL fur spinning speed;
AG6 fur Vertical Take-Off/Landing initiation;
AG7 fur Reverse Thrust;
AG8 fur Lights and GEAR fur Landing Lights.

Flight Data Monitor: Basic flight information listed. Any unsafe value will trigger a red-value warning.
Responder: Displays the callsign and squawk code of the aircraft, push the buttons to switch to emergency squawk code.

7500-Hijacking
7600-Comms Fault, unable to communicate with others
7700-Mechanical Failure, Accidental and Emergency Events

-This aircraft floats on water.

-Switch camera views to use trunk, machine gun or tail turret.You can activate Trunk Board or Auto Aiming System by pushing the buttons or switching the switches. These could also be done in the cockpit.
-The Auto Aiming System is kinda based on the Radar, which will be more inaccurate while getting closer from the targets. However, the minimum range would be close enough for manual aiming.

-Where did the flaps go? Trust me, those won't be necessary to our flying radar site, for its powerful engines that are capable to lift the whole plane directly.

-Flying this aircraft is as easy as flying a plane. Not so sure while vertical flying.
