McDonnell Douglas F-15C Eagle
For SimplePlanes

Country of Origin: United States
Role: Multirole Fighter, Air Superiority Fighter
Crew: 1
Livery: Standard USAF Air Superiority Gray (Red Band)

A manifestation of the shortcomings of the TFX F-111 and the MiG-25 scare, the F-15C Eagle is a pure air superiority fighter with an impressive service record. Despite its large size, it boasts high survivability and maneuverability, thanks to its high thrust to weight ratio and low wing loading. The C-model incorporates various internal upgrades, including improved radar, fuel capacity, engines, and an overload warning system. In addition, it has the capability to carry the active-radar-homing AIM-120 AMRAAM, as well as upgraded versions of the AIM-7 Sparrow and AIM-9 Sidewinder.

The F-15C (and equivalent variants) continues to be operated by Israel, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, where it is a supplement to the F-22. Read more...

Author’s Notes
- Fuel and gun ammo is unlimited.
- On takeoff, I recommend 50% trim with 100% flaps. Get to around 300 km/h and give slight taps for the pitch to avoid tail striking. (For keyboard users)
- I recommend having a little upwards VTOL, especially at lower speeds.

Just in case you forgot, you should probably update this plane and the Su-30C/SM to remove the muffled audio thing, if forgot how: Open the wing cameras in overload, select CameraVantage, add "cockpitAudio" and set it to false. Unless you didn't change it on purpose. (Btw if you want to you can turn off the rotator noise by adding "audio" on them and setting it to false)

@ThatKindaWeeb I was planning to do a Strike Eagle based on this one
I'd probably do the normal E before the AMRAAM magic schoolbus though

@ReinMcDeer Maybe you could make the FOXHOUND to combat the F-15C 3.0?

I love your build style. I am not good at building with this game’s editor tools. Make a low part count, smooth, to scale F-35B body that’s not 4 years old and I’ll give it a banger gyro free lift system complete with auto transition from VTOL to CTOL?
