The A-12 was specifically designed for ground attack by a coalition of Eastern European nations to counter the significant presence of Russian tanks. It shares several specifications with the Avro L-39 and the A-4 Skyhawk. For ground attack, it is equipped with bombs, 2 air-to-surface missiles, and 40x S-8 unguided rockets are particularly effective against enemy tanks and armored vehicles. For offensive capabilities, the A-12 is also armed with two interceptor missiles, making it effective against enemy aircraft. Additionally, it includes countermeasures to protect against heat-seeking missiles. It also carries Hispanosuza-20mm cannon with 600 rounds.
