All reproduced at 1:1 scale for your builds.

Each bomb has a letter designation and a set of numbers, the letters show what type of bomb it is and the numbers next to the letters signify the overall weight of the bomb in Euro-measure (KG) rather than the weight of the actual explosive inside it.

The ones depicted here are (from left to right):

Panzerbombe Cylindrisch series * (General armour piercing bomb), 500kg 1000kg 1400kg and 1600kg.

Panzerbombe Dickwandig 500kg **(thick walled armor-piercing explosive bomb)

Sprengbombe Dickwandig 10kg * (Thick walled explosive bomb)

SA 4000kg** (not sure what SA actually stands for)

Bomben-Torpedo 1400kg ~ (A special torpedo directions for use below)

B1 and B2 incendiary bombs 1 & 2kg (self explanatory)

More details:
*The PC series was the most widely used AP bomb fielded by the Luftewaffe in WWII, being an effective weapon against allied fortifications and shipping

**The PD series of bombs differed for the PC series because they had thicker cases for enhanced penetration of armored targets like warships. The PD 500 was horizontally suspended by an H-Type suspension lug in a bomb bay or fuselage hardpoint. It was dropped in horizontal flight from a height of at least 11,500 ft (3,500 m), and penetration was stated to be 5.5–6.25 in (140–159 mm), enough to go through most deck armour on anything but the most heavily armoured ships.

* The SD 10 was a very small bomb that was either dropped from a hard point or packed into a cluster bomb canister and dropped from a heavy bomber. There were several versions and were designed to burst like fragmentation grenade and kill troops, they were pretty much useless for everything other than anti-personel use.

** Equivalent to the British HC bombs like the 4000Ib 'cookie', essentially a barrel full Amatol.

~ Bomben-Torpedoes are designed to be an engineless torpedo, they were in development in the late stages of the war when the germans were running out of resources and needed cheaper to build aerial torpedoes. You must aim the torpedo at the ship and release it while pulling up at high speed at around 200ft, the torpedo shoots along the surface of the water under its own kinetic energy and destroys the ship (hopefully). This is an earlier version, later versions of the bomben torpedo had rockets in the back to increase their range and enable slower planes to drop them. They were intended for use by FW190s but as far as I know they weren't ever used before the end of the war.

Enjoy!
