The AX-1 is a WW2 era multirole aircraft designed and built by Vonteco Industries. The AX-1A is the attack / fighter variant of the AX-1 family. It earned the nickname " Nightmare " as it was painted black and had minimal markings which made its appearance look dark as night. The AX-1A is equipped with a vast array of guns which include (2) Siemens Prototype MiniGun Pods. The AX-1 family of aircraft were fitted with variable thrust engine mechanisms that greatly increase the aircrafts manueverability.
As with other AX-1 variants this model is built with a internal weapons bay that is capable of carrying a variety of bombs and torpedos.
AX-1A ARMAMENT
(12) - Canons mounted in wing pods
(1) - 500 lb bomb carried internally in weapons bay
(2) - Siemens Prototype MiniGun Pods
(2) - Canons mounted in front nose cone
VARIABLE THRUST / AG CONTROLS
AG-1 Activates the variable thrust mechanisms
PITCH Up/Down for thrust control
AG-5 Auto Pilot
AG-7 Parachutes
WEAPONS BAY CONTROLS
VTOL Down to open bay doors
VTOL Up to middle to close bay doors
BOMB SIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
Align the target to the middle intersecting points of the crosshairs and release payload.
The cockpit view was replaced with the bomb sight view

What I meant by "I too have a nightmare brewing in my hangar..." is that I have a new fighter that will be uploaded sometime today, and it's a twin-engine, single seat, light weight fighter that has the fire-power of a heavy fighter but the maneuverability of a light-weight dog fighter, making it a monster that is kept in my aircraft hangar at the moment until I upload it.
Look I know the analogy you were making with production lines and, well, you know, the biological kind of production lines, but what I meant with that comment was really an aircraft hangar and a upcoming fighter.
