[PEA] Northrop YF-23 Black Widow II
Part Efficient Aircrafts!
The YF-23, teased its existence long enough so here it finally is!
It is the epitome of "unstable" and "bleeds energy," but that doesn't change the fact that it sports deadly missiles and a powerful gatling gun. Plus, it's quite maneuverable and fast, and by fast, I mean faster than almost any PEA in the game with a top speed of about 1100 MPH if not higher. I should also mention his many flares.
At the right place, at the right time, from a certain angle...
YF-23 DO BE CHONK

PEA Lore:
Surprisingly, the YF-23's lore actually, to a degree, corresponds with the real life story of the Black Widow II, with the PEA YF-23 being built as a high-performance fighter to counter the Russian Su-27 and MiG-29. However, this time, with much higher resources, neither the Raptor nor Black Widow took the L, and both would see mass production and service. However, people, for some reason, thought F-23 sounded a lot less catchy than YF-23, hence why it retains the prototype designation despite entering service.
Possessing stealth, speed, weapons and more, the YF-23 was a combat monster. Defeating it was a tough job, and their tendency to engage in nighttime battles made them even more difficult to fight. It was basically the ideal fighter, as its unstable and power-bleeding energies could be countered or even exploited with proper circumstances and training. Yet, unlike most PEAs, the YF-23 had basically no affiliation with the Monarchii War. Instead, it took a trip to the world of Modern Warship to gain experience, because they somehow knew of the incoming Siren War.
Also, almost needless to say, the YF-23 considers the Su-27 to be its arch-nemesis. The Flanker, however, just wants people to stop hunting her. Although she personally doesn't dislike anyone, she's the non-mutual arch-nemesis of the XF-90, YF-23, F-16, F-15, F-14, F-11A, and somehow even the P-39. Well, at least she doesn't have the entirety of The BoIS on her tail. That, and she has Soviet Bias, one of the reasons that one specific Su-27 managed to elude the YF-23 time and time again.
Another random fact, the YF-23 likes to bully any Russian bomber he sees, be it on the ground or air. In fact, the third thumbnail picture and first description picture show the YF-23 picking on some Tu-4s (time is real messed up in the PEA universe, we have P-51s dogfighting Su-57s). More accurately, the former picture shows the Tu-4 getting flat-out shot down by an AMRAAM, whilst the latter shows the Black Widow II flying dangerously close to the Soviet Bull.
