It does what the name said -- a manually guided precision gliding 3000lb bomb.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Takeoff using camera 1 or camera 2.
AG-1: Detach bomb from single-use carrier aircraft, drag chute will deploy.
AG-2: Deploy bomb glider from the assembly, wings, vertical and horizontal stabilizers will automatically fold out.
