Well I honestly don't know how to get it faster. The fastest I got is 6 mph, but hey at least it work.
Controls: Throttle to 50% dont throttle all the way, otherwise they messed up.

I actually just found out if I throttle to around 30% it will go close to 10mph @Hayhayjam664
I got rid of the rear shocks and got up to 12mph
@FlyingThings I try to fix the problem that it keep moving backwards, and I so stupid to delete it. And I really just don't wanna fix it as it might take time
