This is an Ekranoplane and it is a beast. also known as the caspian sea monster, this plane lives up to its name. The idea is to hover over the water using the ground effect. Unfortunitly simple planes does not have this so you can fly it like a plane, or hover over the water. controls; go full throttle and bring hte vtol up about half way when in the air cut the vtol and hover over water. thanks (;
