The Pulsar's Electro-Magnetic Drive is a new class of engine utilizing extremely energetic pulses of electro magnetic force. Initially thought impractical because of the extreme electrical interference it caused to surrounding systems, basically a 10 mile diameter EMP pulse effect only without all that pesky radiation. It was eventually developed by the military for exactly that reason. VTOL UP to direct the drive effect to the rear and propel the craft forward. TRIM DOWN to extend landing struts for a stable landing configuration. To take off, give it full power then a few hundred feet up slowly raise the VTOL slider to the top. The EM drive is instant on, but It takes a long time to cool down.
