What's VTOL for?
Never mind, I found the solution
Connect the back of the turret to the turret and not the rotator, disconnect the rotator fully from the turret and re-connect it, invert the rotator and set it to have no activation group, I'd also recommend going into the XML menu and making the minimum a 0 instead of -1
