Author's Notes
- This aircraft is capable of doing Pugachev's Cobra. Set throttle to 0%, slow down to 200-700 kmh (The slower you are, the longer you will hang in the air), and apply maximum upward pitch and maximum upward VTOL (I recommend manipulating the slider with your mouse). The plane will lift to a 90ish degree angle and once it stops pitching up, return the VTOL to 0 and let off the pitch. The plane will then want to return to normal flight. As it returns, apply upward pitch as necessary. (It's kind of hard to explain, you just have to practice and get a feel for it.)
- To do a kulbit, start the same way you would a cobra, but with the throttle at around 30%. Then, apply maximum downward VTOL. As the aircraft completes the loop, return the VTOL to normal, throttle up slightly, and apply pitch as necessary. (The timing of this last step is crucial to not going into a spin.)
- If you do go into a spin, apply maximum downward VTOL and opposite rudder. (Then pray)
- The fuel on this plane is unlimited
- The ammo on the gun is unlimited

    @EngineerOtaku I did some more testing and I found that I forgot to change the speed of the missiles. So they were running out of fuel before they hit their target. Guess I'm gonna update this now

    @ReinMcDeer Dunno what happened either. The first...two or three worked fine, but the last missiles would launch and then fail to guide. Super weird. Maybe I'll try replacing the missiles inside and copy the same stats and see where that goes.

    @ReinMcDeer yeah, I get it, that’s why I build for joystick players, more control. So, my explanation would be the opposite of yours...”yeah, the roll is twitchy, but it’s easily controlled with a joystick.” But I understand the rotator mod to give it better roll. I can tune nearly any build to fly differently, which is one cool thing about this game, but I do judge on what the builder presents to the community and this isn’t at all bad, in fact, it’s fairly fun. Unfortunately, building for keyboards tends to “dumbs down” builds, but a builder does have to pick his poison, doesn’t he?

    @ChiChiWerx If you want to increase the roll rate, look for the rotator in the elevators and increase the value multiplying the roll. I was thinking about making it higher, but I wanted it to be more controllable for flying with a keyboard. :)

    @EngineerOtaku this thing rolls about 120-150 degrees per second, you’re correct, too slow. Online sources cite 180-270 degrees/sec roll rate for the Flanker. Looks good, though. And it’s relatively simple, which is nice for players looking for something quick and simple. Nice balance of form and function, but, yeah, next time, make the roll snappier, like the real jet and more in line with the amped up flight performance of the rest of this build’s flight mod.

    Love this. Great shaping and stable flying. Roll seems a bit sluggish, even for as large a fighter as the Su-27. A couple of the R-27's didn't guide to target when I tried them, but I'll check those missiles and see what happened. I did perform a cobra (sort of) and it works well. Beautiful. :)

    Now I need to come out and build a definitive Su-27 for myself.
