The F-108 is probably the most unique fighters ever built. Manufactured using domestic (locally sourced) parts found in my back yard, it is a combination of inventive spirit, and persistence that definitely should have never resulted in any reasonable fighter jet. Inspired by fighter jets like the F-14 Tomcat, F-22 Raptor, and a drawing I found on the back of a bus stop, the F-108 is powered by a 25 cc Lawnmower, and two Propane tanks.
