Alrighty.
So, good use of parts. The use of sphere and angling the landing gear works to good effect. Angled nose too. Inaccuracies to actual MiG-29 aren't going to result in a penalty since this isn't a replica challenge; it will be judged on its own merits.
Does fly. Turn rate isn't great, but whatever.
Big issue is the rear gear extrudes enormously through the top - something I do NOT like to see, ever.
Also jittering when yawing, inducing clear forces on the plane. Not suer where those are from...
Only noticed during landing, but the wings are partially angled relative to airstream. I assume this was for performance? Curious.
Was able to launch a missile without much issue save actually getting lock. Performance made keeping target in circle a challenge as it was above me - better engines would've helped. Could've hid it inside if being outside would've looked bad.
Bit hard to see out of cockpit due to being recessed into the fuselage.
Overall: Very solid effort, though I'd have wished the landing gear was better hidden most of all.
@TheRightStuff thank you very much!
One my favorite submissions I’ve seen so far, lots of clever uses of parts.
I will have to test this when I have the chance
