THA-X1 Baby Hawk

20.5k LieutenantSOT  2.9 years ago

In 2037, Thunder Bird Manufacturing Test Division built the Baby Hawk as a test body for an aircraft capable of transonic speeds on military power and supersonic speeds at full blow
Meant to carry a fully external payload and be based off the Falkennest (THI's aircraft carrier) or as a regular aircraft, just a smaller version of the Super Hawk. With swept wings and vectoring F119 engines and a midwing at the rear, this aircraft is pretty maneuverable (more so at low speeds and with unswept wings). It has a panelled cockpit (no instruments, though) and really nice missiles that are better than the normal ones, but fair and not crazy little bastards.

Weapons:

  • 4 XML Modded Guardians (less lock on time, slightly larger lock on radius)
  • 1 2,000 pound bomb
  • 15mm Dracon Autocannon

Controls:

  • Throttle > 95% = Afterburner and Sweep Wings
  • Trim = Trim
  • VTOL Down = Flaps
  • AG1 = Arresting Hook

NOTES

  • This aircraft is meant to be a cheap to build, slightly stealthy, 4.5+ Generation Fighter/Light Multirole. It also is heavy like the F-35, and does not have the VTOL capabilities or the added stealth of internal bays like the Super Hawk. It is also a lot more compact

I hope y'all enjoy! And good luck in the competition!
