From my favorite novel, and possibly favorite piece of media or thing, I made Beatrice, the Golden Witch from Umineko No Naku Koro Ni.

She takes off at around 65% power, flies vertically, is pretty stable and spreads her arms and "wings" in a cool manner to shoot.
