Oh, I was thinking of the F-16C, the F-16A might not be that way.
Edit: After a bit of research, I'm about 60% sure that the A has automatic flaps.

also, I only made the blk 10 anyway so you can still make the blk 50 if you want

OK so now I have two options.
1. Make my own F-16 anyways, it is the most produced fighter in service anyways.
2. Push the YF-23 up instead of the F-16, and maybe make my own eventually
