Coleus (shipboard recon)

Original plane

A variant of the Coleus that was used for spotting enemy ship positions for it’s ship. It is meant to be launched from a catapult located onboard larger ships, such as cruisers or battleships.

I made this version of the floatplane specifically for the people that build these kinds of ships that want a low part count plane to launch off of with a catapult/lower into the water with a crane (and don’t want to build one themselves). I don’t really know how to catapult planes, but I think there might be space left under the aircraft for your catapult mechanism to attach to. Comes with working water rudders. Enjoy!

AG1 to activate the turret. You can always change this so that it also doesn’t mess with your ship’s activation groups.
Also, flying tip: this thing leaves the water at 102mph. Other than that, follow the same flying and landing tips in the description of the Otter.
(BTW, if you end up using this on your ship, please tag me! I wanna see what it ends up being used with)
