It has 4 stages, throttle up and accelerate until it is going at least 500mph.
Press 1 to detach boosters. Wait a while before pressing 2 to drop half the main rocket. Pressing 3 will detach all engines and the cap will pop off leaving only the thing with the people in, make sure it is going fairly slow.
4 will deploy the parachute. Can land on the ground or in the sea - it floats.
