[PEA-G] F-106A Delta Dart "Six Shooter"

"Delta Dart"

Also known as "The Six," but she prefers to be called Delta Dart.

Delta, or Dorito?

Both, obviously. While the delta-wing design is sometimes associated with the Mirage III and onward, it's equally iconic on the American "Delta Twins," the F-102 and F-106. While I may not have the 102 at the moment, we do have an F-106- the Six Shooter modification, to be precise. Coulda done a standard F-106, but the 1972 upgrade implemented a gunpod.

So, what else could one expect from Miss Six- er, Delta Dart? Well, the delta wing design is... surprisingly not as maneuverable as one might expect. At the same time though, who even needs that maneuverability? The F-106 is the fastest PEA-G at the current moment, so the speed definitely makes the slow turning a worthy tradeoff.

I should also shed light on the Delta's missiles, the "Overpowered Interceptors". As the name may express, these missiles are essentially the standard Interceptor missiles, but buffed to an insane degree. So much so that dodging these without flares is pretty much a lost cause. That may or may not be because these are just FRCM missiles that were converted from Guardians to Interceptors... Oh, also, good luck seeing out the front of the cockpit lol

PEA Lore:

During their time in service, the Delta Twins were known for being havoc-wreaking troublemakers, especially amongst the other Century jets. Whether that means launching F-104 straight up like a model rocket, defying F-105's most strict orders, or summoning Steve from Minecraft with F-101's magic, they were in for the madness. The F-106 in particular almost started a war by tapping an enemy bomber. However, mischief wasn't the only thing the two would find: the Deltas would later discover a primitive form of the SCOURGE aircraft. However, at this point in time, the SCOURGE still kept a confidential air, resulting in many passing off the sighting as another "UFO." But nobody- not even TUPL- was ready for the Scourge's comeback nearly 60 years after they were first spotted by the Deltas.

    @MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 Man bro... RiP :(
    I do wish the 106 was a TT vehicle, or at least a permanently-available premium. Glad we got it in WT, but we should've gotten it better...
