Desing History

H6E1 is a Heavy Battle Tank designed by RAS.

While H6E1 is classified as HAC (Heavy Armored Car) / HBT (Heavy Battle Tank) according to NEDI Standards, there is no such classification in the military classifications of the remaining countries.

The H6E1 is a platform that can be classified as a Heavy Tank according to old classifications, designed specifically for Forward Line tank warfare.

More heavily armored and equipped than its more common sibling M5 and its models

H6E1s have their own military units, separate from regular tank units, and are seen as a separate fighting force. For example, the 72nd Mechanized Division consists mainly of M5s and their models, while the 8th Heavy Mechanized Division consists mainly of H6E1s and their auxiliary platforms.

H6E1s are better armored than even the most armored M5 model, the M5E3HAs, due to the Lingerium used in the armor and the quality and purity of the Lingerium used.

Unlike the M5s, the main weapon of the H6E1s is a 130mm Heavy Rifle (Tank Gun).

The 130mm MTc-130 gun is specifically designed to penetrate thick armor. In addition to the MTc-130 gun, the tank carries 12 Laser Guided ATGMs and a Mortar.

In order to effectively meet the heavy weapon load of the tank, the tank employs another weapon system officer instead of the tank loader. The task of loading the tank shells is transferred to the auto-loader.

This extra officer controls the tank's ATGMs, mortars and the unmanned gun above the turret.

In addition to Lingerium armor, the tank's turret cheeks were covered with additional ERA armor

The skirts of the tank are reinforced with additional composite armor, similar to the M5E3HA.

Operation History

H6E1s had their first combat experience in the 2012 War and also suffered their first losses.

The most important event in which H6E1s participated was the G2017 project

G2017 was a tank project initiated by Airsland. Although the project started to produce a domestic tank, the lack of engineering caused Airsland to resort to external resources.

Although racism against people and countries on other continents is quite common within both continents, Airsland is ethnically Estar and gained its freedom during the Genelben Conference during the Argan period.

The ethnic Estar people who lived in Atrassia for years began to lose their nationality over time and became accustomed to remaining a neutral country.

Only two countries and two tanks participated in the G2017 (Ground 2017) project:
H6E1 and Atrassia production MBT L9M3 Miel (Landship 9 Model 3)

Since the L9M3 was a Main Battle Tank, it was a less dedicated and cheaper platform.

RAS participated in the tender even though it knew that the H6E1 had no chance of winning because it was incredible propaganda material that an Estar tank would crush the opponent tank in every field except mobility.

As expected, the H6E1 overshadowed its rival, the L9M3, in every field. In the fire tests, the H6E1 was able to withstand five out of five SABOT shots, but as expected, the L9M3 won the tender.

This success of the H6E1 caused it to be called the "Kingdom Crusher" by estar tankers.

In honor of this, the newly established 98 Heavy Mechanized Company was given this name in 2022.
