The Answer to the gyroscope-powered turret!

Looking for answers? But sick of looking around for the answer to the question? How would you like to KNOW the answer?

Anyways. If you have seen the new AA posted on the simpleplanes website, you'll know what im talking about. What is happening is the gyrosope is connected right where the center of where the connection from turret->Rotator->main hull is. The turn gyroscope (yaw) Has an descriptive amount of power to it (turn power (yaw) varies to how heavy the turret is. The Yaw gyro has 0 stability and 0 speed. The only thing with numbers is the yaw power.

Then, there is the side gyroscope you see in the turret. Its leaning on its side. 90 degrees? Yeh. That one has stability. And it doesn't have yaw power. Instead, it has 180 degree pitch power. Which make the main turret somewhat stable. The gyroscope fights against the yaw and they combine that actually makes them stay in the same place. And this is why when your moving the turret still stays on the target while turning or going diagonal against the stationary object.

This vehicle i posted is a represention of the physics.

@AerialFighterSnakes Oh, This wasn’t made for real use, it was shown as how the anti air gyroscope system worked, you can possibly copy this onto your own build witch could be able to have elevation :)

@UssInvincible I've figured that out, I don't have the time to download all the AA's on the site to see the rotation mechanism
