About
SPB-23-19 Is a fictional sea patrol boat developed by North Vietnam at the late 60s.
SPBC-23 came from Thu-class patrol(also fictional)boat but it was equiped with better engine and radio equipment.It's materials made the boat easy to produce and was later equiped with depth charges.
However due to some flaws it became an easy target during Vietnam war.
