Description

Modification S was created especially for speed lovers, under its bonnet is a powerful 4.0 liter compressor V6 delivering 400 horsepower at 7000 rpm and 520 torque, it is connected to a 7-speed automatic transmission with dual clutch. In addition to the gasoline engine, the car has 2 electric motors on the front axle, each of which produces 30 hp and 90 torque. In total, the car has 460 hp and 700 torque, which, with a mass of only 1100 kg, allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds and accelerate to 320 km / h. The aerodynamics of the car are simple: there is a wing at the front, a spoiler at the rear, the car's bottom is flat and has a diffuser with a special air intake for the active aerodynamics system, which uses the Bernoulli effect to increase speed and increase downforce. The car's suspension is completely independent, it is very technological. The chassis of the car is fully controlled, and the shock absorbers as part of the active suspension are capable of changing the stiffness, raising or lowering the wheel depending on the driving conditions. Of course, it is possible to raise the car on bad roads (off-road mode) or slightly lower it on the race track (in race mode). The interior of the car is made of high quality leather and Alcantara, aluminum inserts are also used in the cabin. There is a lot of space inside, so the space behind the seats can be used to increase luggage space.

@WarshipDude i think this might work in real life, but with not so big efficienty. In SP i can avoid physics in some moments, the main reason for such action is low-poly map and some hardly realized physics staff (wheels for example)

its used Ground Effect? On a production car? How low is this thing?

I can see it was indeed quite low but not low enough to retain the seal to make Ground Effect be possible, the air gap between the car and the road was too high making air easily bleed out from the sides substantially reducing downforce (am i reading about Physics, Aerodynamic and Thermodynamic too much?)
