"what's with it?...."

The G9 Eclipse is heavily armed twin-engine multirole fighter aircraft in Just Cause 2
It resembles the ADFX-02 Morgan and the X-02 Wyvern from the Ace Combat video game series. Both aircraft were probably based on the Su-47
the G meaning ground as in ground attack instead of F for fighter.
The G9 Eclipse have 4 vertical stabilizers: 2 large and 2 small

It's not exactly the same because I added some stuff

AG1 - Canopy
AG5 - Drop load out
AG6 - Aircraft leveling
AG7 - Arresting hook
VTOL - Fold wings

Weapon :
2x Machine gun
2x auto cannon
4x rocket pod
2x cleaver (!!high explosive warning!!)
+Some messy flares

Feature :
*When I test this plane, Then I braked and pitched up... Well that was G cobra maneuver
