PROJECT: Heavy Warp

161k spefyjerbf  7.6 years ago

An imposing image, order is kept in an otherwise chaotic scene.

[Warning: Keep the VTOL bar up at all times!]

With the chaotic nature of warp travel, a heavy vessel is more than comforting. Designers of PROJECT: Heavy Warp claim that that was the underlying philosophy behind the behemoth ship was to create the largest ship possible. Due to the ship's massive weight, warp jumps are now extremely stable. Each jump will push the ship about 200 miles in a matter of seconds (In atmosphere. Warp range in space is infinite.)

Controls (IMPORTANT):
1-4: Strong warps (100,000 mph)
5: Weak warp (50,000 mph)
6: Atmospheric re-entry warp (Will be explained in the SPACE FLIGHT section. It is a weak warp that is used for warping back to earth!)

Tips:

When warping, the ship will shake. Let it do its dance, unless if you need to do a small maneuver.

Aim your nose up a bit before warping. Then pitch down or up as needed. You want to stay between the ground (duh) and 90,000 feet of altitude.

Space flight!
NOTE: Your ascent will be about 5 times faster than your descent! Plan accordingly.
1: Aim straight up, then press activator 1.
2: When you feel like it, aim the nose of the craft straight down, then press activator 2.
3. You are spinning! no worries. Stop spinning, and then aim your nose down.
4. Press activator 6 to get up to re-entry speed.
5. If you want to have an easier re-entry, you can cut the engines.
6. When you get to 240,000 feet, the vessel might snap to a certain orientation.
7. PITCH UP before you hit the ground!

@Ephwurd Yeah. I was pretty annoyed at the part count myself. I'm taking a little break from warp ships, and I have some awesome, and low part stuff coming soon!

@Razr I might make a warp boat, but I have other things that take priority.

@Razr Warp drives use high-powered detachers. No engines needed!

What base engine is the warp drive out of (also would you like to host a challenge with me over a warp drive boat) @spefyjerbf

@Razr It would be extremely hard to implement, but yes. A specialized boat could hold a warp drive.

Would warp drive work on a boat (not that I would try it, I'm not that skilled at) @spefyjerbf
