All credit to TangOfive, all ive done is introduce split flaps / airbrakes (flaps on VTOL up), moving ailerons and a rebuilt tail plus a few tweaks.

@Tang0five thanks man, I think I made the tail too small but it looked ok when I made it, I increased the angle of the wing fold as well (more magic)
Those control surfaces are awesome and the rudder actually does something now too! Lovely job!
