not much lore going on really, so eh.

Okratovsk Ok-3 is a joint project between Lilliaturinn Republic and Nadetshiya Federation for procurement of Light Attack Helicopters.

it was originally a private venture of the Nadyeyatsya Otrasli, improving on the base design of the Lilliaturinn helicopter by installing a more robust powerplant, both government took notice and eventually formed a joint project for a light attack helicopter, it's official designation, Okratovsk-3. by the Nadetshiya Federation Army and [name_pending] by the Lilliaturinn Republic.

the project was half-successful, by the time Ok-3 were in production status, better helicopters already came rolling, however, it still is a cheap and easier to maintain alternative for third-world countries wanting to operate a helicopter, so it's found it's niche as an export aircraft.

with less and less interest overtime for an outdated helicopter, Nadyeyatsya Otrasli started offering the Ok-3 for civilians, and with the retirements of Ok-3 in Nadetshiya service, Nadyeyatsya Otrasli found itself converting Army Ok-3 into civilian use.
