A.L.A.B.A.C System (Automatically Leading Air Burst Auto Cannon)
This gun will automatically lock on to and lead any target whether it be in the air or on the ground. Its rounds explode at precisely the right time to take out any airborne target at any altitude. It also automatically calculate the trajectory needed to hit a distant ground or sea target. It has downed an aircraft at a 9 mile distance. It can acquire lock and destroy the USS Beast from Wright Airport in a matter of seconds.
Simply activate Air to Ground or Air to Air mode and choose your target. It will automatically lock on and lead the target. All you need to do is fire. LEAD CAN BE ADJUSTED MANUALLY.

That's very interesting. I have a.... lets call it a space ship (Star Wars) that can use this, as long as I can find a way to make it fit. It is very much a WIP and a couple of years old now (I've been out of the game), but it's flyable. Fairly sure I uploaded what I'm talking about. *goes to check
EDIT: Yep, it's been uploaded. It's a ISD II and was a very ambitious project for me to take on at the time. It's quite large(!!), but I think the turret would be ok in place of the main turrets alongside the central tower.
I'll have a look at that soonish, even though I'm on holidays, I have a buttload of stuff to do in RL. lol
