Everyone starts out with 25 points (materials), and is used to make the airplane. You cannot exceed this.
Xml modding is strictly prohibited. Some exceptions however are decals and landing gear, which can be made to 0 drag, 0 weight, and can disable collisions.
Can be fictional.
Each contestant will be restricted to 60 gallons or 229 Litres. Unless they are using additional fuel. See*

I will try to enter, this is my first challenge. And I am a little confused, do you subtract points for every gallon of fuel you have in the aircraft?
