The long-tail is a traditional boat native to southeast asia, mainly Thailand.
The propeller is usually mounted directly to the driveshaft with no sort of transmission.

@A3 Thanks! The long-tail boats around the rivers of bangkok are actually quite unique compared most others around thailand. They have a flat hull that is better suited for the calm shallow waters of a river. Their engines are ridiculously powerful diesels, sometimes even turbocharged.
This boat looks very nice, buuuuuuuut...
Xml. It needs xml. A bit of simple xml magic. It took a minute and a half to edit the engine to get realistic speed and to edit the prop to work under water. You are on iOS device, I see. And you are also a good builder. I don't like seeing good builds like this spoiled by the lack of xml editing. When you need these little thingies done, just tag me on unlisted. I'll be happy to help make your build perfect by doing what little your device prevents you from doing yourself.
