C.A.R.E.T. Drone

Silently hovering... twitching, why is it here and what's its purpose? Why has it come, where has it come from. This is the Dragonfly drone.

The Dragonfly drone sightings were all over the West coast back in the 2000's before they vanished and never heard from again.
This paticular drone, however, has a few more attachments than some of the ones spotted, looks more intimadating than the "original."

This C.A.R.E.T. drone, it doesn't have a means of propulsion. It, "Hovers silently," "Twitches slightly" The parts on here, have a thing, like a magic spell, these words are carved into these pieces to give them purpose. How is this possible at all? Humanity doesn't know, but we know the language.

Simple controls:

VTOL to takeoff and float

Throttle to go EXTREMELY FAST. The controls are VERY sensitive.

Interesting. I remember seeing images about these weird UFO sightings on the web a while ago, although the design is incredibly odd. It's just rings and random spikes. The TR-3B, Tic Tac, and your typical flying saucer all at least looked like they had a specific reason for the shape they had.
