These units are in the process of being decommissioned. the CR will grant 400 units. Without a license to build. once the 400 units are received. the CR nor the CRM (Conigsreich military) will be responsible for them or how they are used.

@PositivePlanes in my opinion it looks more like the tank you see in one of the cutscenes in MK11. But its also similar to a Scorpion from Halo, like you said.
