This is my attempt to create the famous VVA-14 amphibious, ground effect aircraft. This Soviet project was never completed, but there were many test flights (some shown on youtube). From wikipedia: ""The Bartini Beriev VVA-14 Vertikal`no-Vzletayuschaya Amphibia (vertical take-off amphibious aircraft) was a wing-in-ground-effect aircraft developed in the Soviet Union during the 1970s.[1] Designed to be able to take-off from the water and fly at high speed over long distances, it was to make true flights at high altitude, but also have the capability of 'flying' efficiently just above the sea surface, using aerodynamic ground effect. The VVA-14 was designed by Italian-born designer Robert Bartini in answer to a perceived requirement to destroy United States Navy Polaris missile submarines."" It's armaments aren't depicted anywhere so they were left off. IMPORTANT: For this complex plane to fly properly (at all) the VTOL slider MUST be placed slightly above the halfway down mark!!!!! Not at the half way down point, but about a cm above. (or just play with it until you get it.) This awesome plane is amphibious, and thus can be landed AND taken off from sea AND land!!!! Bouyancy is great!! If anyone finds my plane interesting or enjoys it the least bit, please give it a like!! Thanks all!!
