This is the Jenny Haniver, Anna Fang's airship from the Mortal Engines Quartet, by Philip Reeve. This is the book version as I imagine it, heavily inspired by the cover art of the first edition of Predator's Gold, rather than the version from the 2018 film. I wanted to do a realistic version; I might do a build of the film version at some point.
I wanted to design an airship that two people could conceivably live in and operate, with a cabin layout something like a little sailing yacht. The interior of the gondola is built out with a full cockpit, bunks, a head, and a galley. This is the layout that I imagine Tom and his daughter Wren used during the final year of the Jenny's operation. I envision the ship having cargo storage in the keel of the envelope, along with all the structural members, catwalks, bracing wires, gas cells, etc. required for any airship. These are not included in the build because my phone would melt.
Operation is simplicity itself:
Activate 8 for fuel pumps
Activate 1 and 2 for Port and Starboard engines, respectively
VTOL up for positive buoyancy, down for negative
Trim: trim
Throttle: throttle
Pitch : pitch
Roll : yaw + a little roll for flavor (I like to be able to fly with just the right stick on mobile)
Lore:
Anna Fang built the Jenny Haniver from scrap parts while she was a slave in the engine district of Arkangel. Built on the airframe of Stilton Kael's unfinished racing airship Golden Arrow, the Jenny Haniver allowed Fang to escape Arkangel and set up as a successful air trader. As an agent of the Anti-Traction League, Fang also used the Jenny in a series of successful actions against various traction cities over two decades.
Upon Fang's death, the Jenny was commandeered (or "inherited") by Tom Natsworthy and Hester Shaw, and operated as a cargo ship under their ownership until it was stolen by Nimrod Pennyroyal. Pennyroyal renamed her Arctic Roll, and maintained her for fifteen years. Reclaimed by Natsworthy during the Green Storm attack on Brighton, and once again the Jenny Haniver, she continued to trade under the command of Natsworthy and his daughter until her destruction the following year.
The Jenny Haniver was known for her distinctive red envelope, lapstrake or "clinker" gondola, and Junet-Carot engine pods.

@Cadvalto canonically, all the airships in that story use hydrogen. It causes plot-related problems.
Is it helium or hydrogen?
