The VI - 99 was primarily designed for supreme manuevrability, it features a large 2D vectoring propeller that moves with the tail allowing it to do extreme stall manuevres at very low speeds and recover almost instantly. It might be a little hard to get used to but once you do you are pretty much unstoppable.
