The TAI Kaan also called TF ("Turkish Fighter", formerly known as TF-X) and MMU (Milli Muharip Uçak, Turkish for 'National Combat Aircraft'), is a stealth, twin-engine, all-weather air superiority fighter in development by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) and sub-contractor BAE Systems. The jet is to replace the Turkish Air Force's F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft and to be sold to foreign governments.

The prototype performed taxi and ground tests on March 16, 2023 and was ceremonially rolled out two days later. Its maiden flight, initially scheduled for 27 December 2023 (one day before the maiden flight of the TAI Anka-3), was completed on 21 February 2024.

In fact, the primary function of the rudder in an aircraft is not to turn the aircraft left or right, but rather to align the nose of the aircraft with the direction of the turn. Turning an aircraft without using the rudder is possible by combining roll and pitch, which becomes particularly evident in aircraft designs without vertical stabilizers.
When an aircraft rolls to lift one wing (e.g., the left side), the difference in lift between the wings generates a lateral force, causing the aircraft to turn in that direction (in this case, left). Pitching the nose upward during the roll can further enhance this turning effect by increasing torque. However, the lift generated by the wings during this maneuver comes at the expense of kinetic energy, resulting in a reduction in airspeed on the side of the aircraft that is rolled upward.
This uneven distribution of speed causes a phenomenon called adverse yaw, where the nose of the aircraft begins to point in the opposite direction of the turn (to the right, in this example). The rudder is used to counteract this adverse yaw, ensuring that the nose of the aircraft aligns with the direction of the turn.
In essence, the rudder does not create the turn but ensures that the aircraft is aerodynamically coordinated by preventing unwanted yaw, making the turn smoother and more efficient.
So rudders work on mobile devices, but instead of using them alone to turn the plane, you should use them integrated with other control surfaces. Despite this, using the rudder in its proper function is not easy on mobile, but it works.
