Super Batavia

Super Batavia, a heavy modification to Batavia is a multi-role frigate designed for heavy armament. It improves upon the Batavia with new sensors and more VLS replacing the second 76mm for a total of 48 VLS.(OG should have had 32 VLS)

As a personal message, I realized the low effort of Batavia that it did not deserve. I added more details and made it more functional.
