A little backstory for y'all:
In March 1948, the Air Ministry issued a revised Specification F.3/48, which demanded a speed of 629 mph (1,010 km/h) at 45,000 ft (13,700 m) and a high rate of climb, while carrying an armament of four 20 mm (0.79 in) or two 30 mm (1.18 in) cannon. Hawker developed the Hawker Hunter, and Supermarine, eager to make a new jet-powered plane, started to design the Supermarine 540, which came to be known as the Supermarine Stalker.
The Stalker had swept wings and tailplanes and it had its air intakes in its wing roots. The pitot tube was mounted on the left wing. It is powered by a single Armstrong-Siddeley Sapphire engine which enabled it to reach around 570 mph at high altitude. One interesting feature of the Stalker is its unique rear landing gear. When retracting the gear, the rear main wheels will fold into the gear legs, the gear legs will rotate inwards then retract into the fuselage.

Its armament includes four 20mm Hispano Mk. V cannons mounted on the nose with 150 rounds per gun. It also has four underwing hardpoints for bombs, rocket pods, or fuel tanks.
The Stalker had a few advantages over the Hunter. The Stalker had a better wing loading and was more maneuverable, though it had a lower top speed, climb rate, and weaker guns (20mms vs. the Hunter's 30mms).
It eventually lost to the Hunter because it had a more expensive production cost and a lower top speed. Only 5 were built.

@MakeshiftPlanes I'd say that it was finished in 1950, it lost to the Hunter in the competition.
23 Points in total out of 25.
50s: 4/5 points, rare features: Storyline / Very rare custom landing gear / Parachute for landing however it is the oposite of needed at a landing / Camo / EQUALS 5/5 POINTS! Detail : Amazing detail, that camo is pure RAF and i love it. 5/5 points! Handling : ITS SO SMOOOTH! Ive never flown something smoother than this... and with flaps this thing will never be out-turned again! 5/5 Points, Effectiveness in Combat : Round one/Close range vs F-20: the F-20 instantly entered a stall and fell in the ocean, Stalker was victorious (and flew in a mountain afterwards). Round 2/Medium range : It took a while for the F-20 to get on target and start the head on, The stalker, before that the F-20 could gain lock started opening fire, It missed all shots and soon after the F-20 was locking on, they now are at 1KM the F-20 AI in hope fires a medium range missile at 700 Meters distance... It hits the stalker right in the cockpit and it explodes, (soon after the stalkers' bombs detonate and the F-20 was destroyed by the explosion.) F-20 was victorious. Round 3/ Long range : Starting at 11Miles the Tiger soon get lock on but it keeps losing track every time, 3.5 Miles 2 missiles where fired (unidentified) the first one ZOOMS right past the canopy the second one hits the target. F-20 is victorious (overall the F-20 won on missile ranges but seemed to fail at a shorter range) so far the stalker is 4/5 points and the F-20 5/5 Points!
