Tiger Moth

My take on the Tiger Moth from Miyazaki's "Laputa."
She flies nicely and handles well. Can make near 100 kts in level flight, and can climb and descend easily using a combination of ballast adjustment (throttling internal jet engines) and trimming the wing-mounted props.
Controls:
-Trim adjusts wing angle of attack
-Throttle adjusts wing-mounted props
-Throttle+AG2 adjusts aft props
-VTOL up + AG1 for lift (VTOL full up for slight positive buoyancy)
-VTOL up + AG5 for lower cargo bay door (sorry, no Flaptors inside!)
-VTOL down + AG4 to unfold the kite/glider (VTOL up will make it explode...)
-AG6 activates the glider's internal gyro (necessary to fly!) and releases the glider. (I couldn't get it to work as a kite and still be foldable, but if you can, please let me know! :) ) I recommend launching at speed, to allow for a clean separation.
-AG7 allows for control inputs (pitch, roll, and yaw) for the glider's gyro. No other control surfaces, but a combination of gyro controls and partially folding the wings allows for some surprisingly nimble maneuvering. She sometimes likes to fly tail-first, just like in the film. She'll fly from the summit of the volcano to Yeager field no problem.
-AG8 off disables control inputs for the Tiger Moth's rudder and elevator fins, wing trim, and main internal gyros. This allows you to put the TM into a stable hover after launching the glider and focus on flying the glider without worrying about the TM flying in circles or crashing into a cliff. Trim the wings all the way up to remain stationary. Note that TM is much more buoyant after you launch the glider, so unless you adjust the lift you'll climb like a lost balloon.

Other notes: camera 1 is the view from the forward lookout post above the cockpit (cockpit view is rubbish, sorry). Camera 2 is the glider cockpit. Camera 3 is a chase cam for the glider.
On landing: she will maintain slight forward way (~15kts) unless you pull up slightly. Pulling up all the way and holding will result in slight sternway, which can be useful.
Enjoy, and feel free to share any interesting tweaks you manage to make.
Thank you to @BurkeEnterprise for inspiration and helpful breakthroughs in airship design!
