It is named that, because when I first built it, it kinda looked like a turtle. There. Now you know.

Well, then, let me tell you a bit about it.

Lore:

This helicopter was built to transport supplies for the Monarchii war. It can cary a ton of weight, and works very well for troop transport too. It was modeled after the V-22 Osprey, but intended to be safer, and bigger. It was originally intended to be weaponized, but it unfortunately it ended up weighing too much to be a good fighter. Therefore, all of the extra space was filled with fuel, so it can transport fuel too. It happened to be extremely fuel efficient (I wonder why?) so this extra fuel was quite nice. This helicopter was made to fight over water, so it can float, which is very helpful when transporting stuff over water.

Instructions:

Activate 1: Transition to forward flight mode.
Activate 2: activate magnets.
Activate 3: deactivate gyroscope.

Flight instructions:
Everything is fairly straightforward, but here are some tips.
-while transitioning into forward flight, make sure to use pitch to keep the helicopter stable.
-do not deactivate the gyroscope until the helicopter is going over 180 mph.
-activate the gyroscope whenever you land.
-the helicopter will float, as it was made for water originally.
-when taxiing over water, set throttle to 50 percent, and use pitch to move around. Do not go over 25 mph.
