This is the MKEK JNG-90 (nicknamed Bora or Bora 12) as requested by DeathStalker627!
The Bora is a Turkish bolt-action rifle chambered in the 7.62 NATO round. It is designed and manufactured by MKEK and was developed from 2004 to 2008. According to MKEK it can shoot groups of 0.3 MOA at 100 yards (which is very accurate in case you are wondering). As you can see, the upper receiver is equipped with picatinny rails. The rifle is equipped with a scope (I don't know what kind), a Harris Bipod, and my own muzzle brake (I can't make the real one). Oh, and best of all it comes at a cheap 6,500 USD!
