In the early 1980's my father lived in a small town that every summer would have a harvest festival, celebrating the town's local crop. Which was olives.
During that time my father owned a muffler shop. So this is a recreation of one of his entries.
Think Red Bull Flugtag, but a bed with wheels on a flat street. Four person team, three pushers, one rider (usually the smallest person.)
