It was available in three series models: the upscale Bel Air, the mid-range "two-ten", and the "one-fifty". A two-door station wagon, the Nomad was produced as a Bel Air model. An upscale trim option called the "Delray" was available for two-ten 2-door sedans. It is a popular and sought after classic car. These vehicles are often restored to their original condition and sometimes modified. The car's image has been frequently used in toys, graphics, music, movies and television. @MrSilverWolf I learned it from my Grandfather who was in 9th grade when those cars were every where. I have actually seen maybe 15 different 57's, I have actually seen the 27th production made 53' Corvette.

@MrSilverWolf the 57' Bel Air was also the reason why Chevy released the Impala in 1958. The Bel Air was the most expensive car they made, it was more expensive than the Corvette which was 3-4 years old at the time, but when they released the Impala, it became the most expensive car they made. Also the Bel Air and Impala both had the same body but the Impala had better options than the Bel Air, and that is also why Chevy stopped making the Bel Air back in the 1960's.
