#COME TO UPDATED POST#
Tempest is a sixth-generation combat aircraft being developed for the UK Royal Air Force (RAF) under the future combat air system (FCAS) programme to improve the nation’s air combat capabilities to address evolving threats. The aircraft is being developed by Team Tempest led by BAE Systems, a UK-based aerospace company. The team also comprises industry partners including Leonardo, an Italian aerospace company, MBDA UK, a division of European missile systems provider MBDA, and Rolls-Royce. The team is working with the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the RAF to develop the future fighter jet. The development of the Tempest FCAS demonstrator aircraft is progressing at BAE Systems’ facility near Preston in northern England, with the demonstrator expected to be unveiled by 2027. Tempest FCAS aircraft is a part of the UK’s Combat Air Strategy launched in July 2018. The concept of the Tempest aircraft was unveiled at Farnborough Air Show in the same month. BAE Systems received a contract worth approximately £250m ($347m) from the MoD to design and develop the Tempest FCAS aircraft in July 2021, marking the beginning of the project’s concept and assessment phase. The UK Government is expected to invest more than £2bn ($2.4bn) in the project by 2025. The Tempest FCAS aircraft is expected to be in service with the British RAF by 2035.

The design of this aircraft gone through many alterations, most notable of which was the bizarre-looking technology demonstrator unveiled at 2018. Initially the aircraft was meant to have the size comparable to that of Eurofighter Typhoon, which was the air superiority and multirole aircraft of Royal Air Force, but as the time came, the requirements of the RAF changed many times, calling to lift more and more weaponry, fly farther, and more… For example, the men of air force asked for it to carry atleast 4 cruise missiles up to 1200 Kg each… internally.

In the culmination of efforts, a resulting aircraft is exceptionally large for a fighter. Being almost 22 meters long and having a wingspan of 16m, along with an empty weight of 22 metric tons, it's size is equal to that of a Su-34 fighter bomber. It even required a two wheel landing gear to bear it's weight. To save some cost, the landing gear wheels and guns are the same as those of a Eurofighter, albeit double in numbers. Due to cavernous main weapon bay, it can carry up to 4 JASSM cruise missiles. An aircraft you see here is an early production variant that does not feature a holographic probe and auto-aiming laser weapon (my bad).

INSTRUCTIONS:
AG1-activate enhanced maneurability and PSM mode
AG2-extend airbrake
AG3-Arm weaponry
AG7 for lights
AG8-turns off vobbling at high speed, is active by default.
Trim is Trim
VTOL does nothing
Throttle up to 80% is military thrust, afterburner is throttleable and starts beyond 80%.
81% throttle is full military thrust and 4-5% of afterburner, 100% throttle is full militaty and afterburner thrust. Engines can spool up from zero to full real quick.
You can turn sidewards without banking almost like in a car.
Cockpit buttons should be self-explanatory.
This aircraft is autopilot-friendly. Control Panel and Main Landing gear are moderately cursed.

NORMAL TAKE-OFF:
Push the throttle up to 80%, and trim full down, then your plane will take off on it's own.
When high enough, adjust the trim as you please. AG1 is unneeded for this.
'SHORT TAKE-OFF'
Push the full throttle, AG1 is recommended, trim full down, start pull up carefully at IAS 160 KM/H, be wary of tailstrike, you can safely climb 90 degrees up if you wish.
SMOOTH LANDING
turn on AG2, throttle to 30-40%, Approach speed 300-320 KM/H IAS, oscillate the throttle to maintain a desirable speed and angle of attack, touch down at 225-250 KM/H IAS depending on fuel level, engage wheel brakes after 200 KM/H.
Oscillate the throttle to maintain a desirable speed and angle of attack.

SHORT ROUGH LANDING
turn on AG2, throttle to zero, approach speed below 300 KM/H IAS, maybe add a short moment of full thrust right before touchdown to make it a bit smoother, hit the runway at IAS 170-185 KM/H, the landing gear can survive that.

FLYING: your maximum speed is more than 1500 KM/H TAS at sea level, and more than 2500 KM/H at 13 KM altitude, also it can supercruise. Despite that, the plane is capable of stable and level flight at speeds of 200-300 IAS when you get used to it. If you want to Post-Stall Maneuvering, the enable AG1, violently pitch up, and have some patience - It begins smoothly somewhere at 240 KM/H IAS, due to low wing loading. You can also drag Trim full down for even more aggressive pitch up. Because of low wing loading, It's hardly possible to fly backwards for long, beacause as long as you stop pitching up, it will smoothly depart the stalled state to continue forward flight.

WEAPON USAGE: don't release droppable ordnance under negative loads, better make some pitch up/trim down when doing so. Don't shoot the Brimstone missiles lower than 80m above ground level. If you run out of missiles and bombs, guns are quite strong. When diving on a target to strafe it with guns, extend airbrake. This particular plane carries an anti-vehicle loadout consisting of 24 Brimstone missiles accompanied by 4 Short Visual Range Air-to-Air Missiles and 2 MBDA Meteors for self-defence.

Weapon bays open and close automatically when certain weapon is selected and do not require an activation group.

Countermeasures are always enabled.

Dammit, this is really good. But don't worry, I have my own fighter in the works that'll not only supermaneuver, but also be able to flatspin, among other things...

The weapons bays reminds me of how i made mines work on my NGAD helkeska conversion and my viperwolf mk.ii, i love the landing gear too, this is very well made!

@LeaveUsAlone At this moment, those JASSM cruise missiles are the single most popular of mine creations. You can check my profile for them! They have relatively large part count per missile, but are hella simple to use.

Do you have any alternate loadout? Those cruise missiles look cool and I’d love to use them

@Khanhlam Greetings! I rather think that definitions of a "5th generation" are rather loose, and definitions of a "6th gen" are even more so. For example, if we take an F-22 or Su-57, but stuff them with better computers and networking things and replace their stealth coatings, then add a really stronk laser cannon, will they be a "5++" or "6 gen"? Atleast for now, there is no clear answer. Also, SAAB markets their Gripen as a "5th generation". Many think of YF-23 as of "6th gen".
