Quick build. Mostly to expand my building techniques. I will post a better version later. Technically a WIP.

This build is the closest I will come to retro.. probably. In various sci-fi games, movies, and shows, you have most likely come across similar ships of this design. The mandible structures are extremely popular. An example of a ship that uses a mandible structure is the Specter from GoF2. This type of design was especially popular a few years ago. I intentionally used dated building techniques for this ship. I will most likely post a version of this with more current design techniques and building styles, to see how far sci-fi designs have come.
