This is a fictional aircraft.
This huge seaplane which was researched and developed by the Kawanishi Aircraft Company can perform a variety of tasks, including long-range patrol, transport, anti submarine, bombing. It has the longest range among all aircrafts of the Imperial Japanese Navy, even longer than Nakajima G10N.
The Kawanishi H16K has reliable armor protection and powerful self-defense fire ( 14×20mm guns), this gives it a strong survivability to withstand the attacks from enemy fighters.

Control:
AG1 to 3---Turn on/off the control of the turrets
AG4 ---Turn on/off the control of the bomb bays
AG5 to 6---drop the bombs
AG7 ---Tun on/off the control of the flaps
AG8 ---Turn on/off the lights.
The turrets, bomb bays, flaps are all controlled by VTOL and Trim.

@Sparrow007 we have alot in common when iy vomes to builds, i build a seaplane just as bog, but it's a civilian aircraft instead of a bomber.

@AudioDud3 In fact, making flaps is not so complicated like I did. I'm just tried a different approach. The simple and common way is add a control surface and set its type to VTOL, but it seems need to amend XML.
