This is the Pipistrel taurus. It is a glider with features like retracable landing gear and a retractable motor. It can take off on its own power. CONTROLS: take off: pull up VTOL entirely and then give throttle. landing: first throttle down and then pull vtol down. (but if you want you can always abuse the motor to give extra lift ;-) )

@Chancey21 I think randomdoggo is trying to say that some people cant becouse its difficult. for me its too late to change everything about the wing to be a fuselage. i would need to make too many modifications for that and i dont have that much time/experience.
@AerialFighterSnakes yeah i know! just for fun i ajusted everything for it to be a perfect vertical takeoff. transistioning into horizontal flight is still impossible tho...

Lol hit full throttle and move the VTOL slider forward a bit the glider has VTOL capabilities XD.
The wings in SP are like cubes, whereas wings in real life are curved, build an airfoil shape for your wing with fuselage blocks @Sovjetair
