@BACconcordepilot thank you dude your advice worked with the tail plane still wants to pitch down but I can fix that. Also thanks to @Milo1628xa for your advice.

the fact is how closer the center of mass and center of lift are together, the more easily it is for the plane to pitch turn. your plane has the centers TOO close together, which results in oversteering. just leave some more space between the center of mass and the center of lift and then u can use the plane more properly.
